Glass Tempering Furnaces
Our Forced Convection furnace (FC) produces unmatched efficiency in heating all types of glass. Thorough analysis and understanding of high temperature air and it’s flow patterns, means we have developed the fastest and most efficient heating speed. The system is designed for longevity and endurance without distortion. Despite being very powerful, the Yuntong FC system does not need water-cooling or a back-up power supplies. Maintenance is very easy and costs very little.
The Yuntong FC system is capable of processing all Low E products on the market. In comparison with radiation heating, our FC system can improve heating efficiency by up to 25%.
